This book is a must read for any Drupal web developer--newbie or experienced. It will help you move your game up a level!

Not only does the book do a great job of giving an introduction to the beginner and advanced features of Drupal 7, but it spends significant time discussing how to do web development the right way--with change control, good coding practices, sensible design, and good project management. The range of advice from web development experts is impressive.

I was surprised how great this book is.
