This is a fantastic resource book, especially for those of us who are members of a CSA, have a garden or fruit trees. It helps you turn small bounties into lovely preserved foods. The instructions are helpful and guiding, and the recipes range from basic to incredible combinations (like the apple, pear and ginger marmalade I made this weekend). Even if you've a novice home canner, you'll feel confident using this book. Jump on in and experiment!
