This is THE best workbook I've found to do with trauma/PTSD! (And I have a fair library of them.) It's the main one I recommend, particularly in that it deals very well not only with various symptoms of PTSD, but also with teaching techniques such as specific ways of dealing with flashbacks/memories- not one way, but a number of them, so that the reader has options to chose from.

I'm also really impressed that it deals extensively with Complex-PTSD, and the further chapters of the book are focused on that and the deeper problems arising from that (they're also quite useful to the reader who doesn't have C-PTSD, as they're on topics like anger, dealing with intense emotions, self-harm, etc.). There's extremely little out there for the lay-person dealing with C-PTSD, and this is actually *useful*!

I am grateful for the thoughtful, helpful, supportive structure of this post traumatic stress disorder (ptsd) workbook. Working through it is imparting skills I've heard mentioned or described, never understanding what was meant. This book goes a long way toward helping one navigate past (unfinished) trauma. I'm recommending it to friends, not least for the compassionate way it approaches ingrained fear of facing old trauma.
