Excellent book on a topic I despise (about myself) and that is tackling the things I don't want to do. The author breaks things into easy-to-swallow bites and it doesn't seem like I have to go from being me to being a perfect time manager overnight. One thing that really jumped out at me is this: "One of the very worst uses of time is to do something very well that need not be done at all." I'm telling all of my pals who work about this book because I know they, like me, strive to be more effective so they can spend less time on work and more time with the ones they love. That's the whole point of this - to be so effective that you can walk away from an unfinished list and be able to spend guilt-free time doing what give you the most pleasure.
