This book takes the primary steps and skills you will need to learn and places them in a handy repository that is easy to carry around with you. It also makes for a most excellent paperweight, except that our copy never stays closed long enough. Succinctly, if looking for natural healing, start with this book. May you eventually grow and expand beyond it, but here is the place to start.
