About the Author

Love this book. The ideas and usage are fantastic. With a little creativity and or your own twist to these ideas you to could use this book and maybe one day you too could write your own "Design Sponge" type of a book. I am using the idea of lighting for my kitchen with the hanging light bulbs, (100 of them, but only 10 of them really work). Buy the book and see what I mean, you will love it too. Again, I love this book, and Powell's Books has the greatest prices and customer service. I have been buying books from Powell's since 2005.

thank you grace bonney & the design sponge team for creating this book. it's such a breath of fresh air to the stale & typical design focus that is so common in the us. it's just my style. this book is so awesome. it has so many pictures, design inspiration ideas, diy tips, flower arrangement how-to's and an even where to shop guide. it's like the big boss just handed you her little black book on what to find & how to do it right in the design world. this book would make a phenomenal gift for yourself or friends. you will not be disappointed!
