Absolutely perfect ice cream! We have tried a zillion different ice cream recipes from a zillion different books, and FINALLY!!! David Lebovitz has allowed us to make some quality ice cream. It is soooo good. The instructions are accurate and detailed and the results are delicious.

This book has a tremendous amount of recipes! You can follow 1 recipe, mix up a couple of recipes or feel inspired and create your own. It is a terrific book!
