About the Author

JOHN BEAR, Ph.D., lives in El Cerrito, California, where he is a distance-education consultant, serves as an expert witness for the FBI, and appears on national media such as NPR.

MARGARET FOX is a former chef and restaurant owner, and the author of several books, including CAFÉ BEAUJOLAIS and EVENING FOOD. She is currently the culinary director of the renowned Harvest Market in Fort Bragg, California.
