About the Author

Robert M. Cannistra(CCAI-CCNA, CCAI-Security, CCNA, CCSP, CSE, CLP), a fulltime faculty member at Marist College's School of Computer Science and Mathematics, teaches courses in networking, voice communications, security, wireless, and system administration. He also serves as IT and Systems discipline chair, School of Computer Science and Mathematics lab coordinator, and project manager for the Center for Collaborative and On-Demand Computing. Formerly Northeast Regional Manager, Technical Services Manager, and Senior Consultant for a Cisco Gold Partner, he designed, configured, and implemented data networks for enterprise, service provider, and Internet companies worldwide.
