Do you have an interest in shamanism but cannot afford the workshops or cannot find them in your area and you don't have time to take a trip to locate one? Then try this book with drumming CD. It is a helpful guide to understanding shamanism and the drumming CD can get you to the other realms. Don't have time to read a book? Then buy the book on CD which has one drumming session at the end. Expland your horizons and set off for the unknown to see what awaits you. You can take a trip and never even leave home.
