This beautiful book is so much more than recipes; in fact, the recipes punctuate the season by season description of the happenings on this very special farm. The authors lay out their philosophy of living on the land, respect for the animals and food that they grow, the quality in cheese products, and in how they pass on this philosophy to others fortunate enough to spend time on Quillisascut Farm. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to go back to the farm or needing inspiration to support those who do.
