This "cook"book has been indispensible for me as a vegan who has been transitioning into a raw diet. Everything I've made has been delicious. I've tried Save the Tuna Pate, Save the Tuna Roll, Pizza, "ricotta" cheeze, Dreaming of Donut Holes, The Real Cheezecake (amazing!), marinara sauce, Black Sesame Sunflower Seed Bread, Buckwheat Crispies, Breakfast Parfait...and more! So, I'm very confident that I have tested the book and it's a winner.
