This is my favorite cookbook, and I have just about every vegan cookbook under the sun. The recipes in this book are simple, surprising, and unfathomably healthy. It's a lot of bang for your buck. Everything in here has that extra somethin'-somethin' that makes it so you never want to go out and eat again. Isa also has great tips for substitutions and pairings, so you're never left in the dark. Get hungry!

Isa does it again. Another fabulous cookbook that will impress vegans and omnivores alike. Quick, easy and unbelievably tasty recipes. The nutritional information is helpful for any veggie fiend who finds themselves speechless when asked "but where do you get your protein or calcium?"

People seem to have this weird idea that vegans are all skinny and super healthy. Let me tell you: I had a harder time maintaining a healthy diet and weight as a vegan than I ever did as a meat-eater. It's just too easy to fall back on French fries and vegan corn dogs.
