Wonderful sequel to the first Vegan Lunch Box. There are some great recipes in here, but what makes this cookbook stand out from the countless others, are the packable lunch menus that McCann dreams up. The pictures are the best part, though the selection is much better on her blog. I can't wait to try out some of these tasty tidbits!

I have been looking everywhere for a book like this one. I always look at The Vegan Lunch Box blog. I haven't started a blog yet. I use it for the cool recipes. This is so exciting that there is a book! I just found out that my baby has allergies to eggs and nut. It is terrifying but I am trying to get all of the info that I can. I am hoping that this book will help me out because it says that it has an allergen index. I would love to see the tips and tricks in this book to blow my toddlers mind and make him smile. I hope that I win a copy because it would be the coolest!
