Adyashanti gives us a down-to-earth, clear, detailed description of our human dilemma, the sources of our suffering and instructions on how to awaken into the natural, spacious nature of our beings. This is an extremely accessible and useful book that bears reading and absorbing many times over. If you are interested in awakening, read this book. I can't recommend it highly enough.
