This book is amazing! Not only does it help guide you through the vast array of food items on supermarket shelves, it also explains why we need to avoid those foods and where we should be looking instead. This book offers great insight into the food marketing world and the truth behind all those extra ingredients that add nothing but empty calories. I rarely make a grocery list without it anymore!
