Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Young author Aki Fujino was on her way to making it big in the world of publishing. Her debut title UTSUBORA was being pitched about to a number of editors and at least one person felt it was set to propel her into stardom. However, before she could ever have her book published, the young woman was found dead. Some believe it was a suicide, but those close to her feel there is something more sinister involved in this young talent's death.

One of the last people to have seen Aki was Kishun Misoro, renown author and editor. The two met at an authors event, and as he was smitten by her stunning beauty and wit. The two immediately hit it off that night, despite a clear age difference. Evidence shows Misoro may have been the last person to see Aki alive.

On this day, Misoro was called to the hospital with the tragic news and would eventually be met there by the police as well as a familiar face. After a brief discussion with the authorities, his attention turned to a young woman named Sakura... Who happens to be the spitting image of Aki.

Aki's death has become something straight out of a mystery. Much like the story behind UTSUBORA, there is something more to Aki, Sakura and their relationship with Misoro than meets the eye. And it is possible that the only way to solve this mystery may be to uncover all their secrets.
