Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

The critically acclaimed series returns in OGN format! Miranda Mercury, the greatest adventurer in this or any other galaxy, is dying, and there’s no possible cure. With only one year left to live, Miranda is forced to wage the greatest fight of her life, and secure the heroic legacy that has defined her since she was a young girl. Her morality will be tested, her values shaken, and the partnership that means everything to her will never be the same. For Miranda, victory is once again impossible — but that’s never stopped her before! Experience incredible adventure, absolute danger, and meaningful drama, introduced by a foreword from critically acclaimed writer Joe Casey!

About the Author

Brandon Thomas is a freelance writer and columnist. He has written over a dozen comics for several publishers including Marvel and DC Comics, featuring popular characters like Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, Hulk, Batman, and Robin, the Boy Wonder. His Ambidextrous column is heading into its sixth year and is currently running a series of exclusive behind-the-scenes features on the creation of The Many Adventures of Miranda Mercury, a creator-owned title to be published by Archaia Studios Press beginning in February 2008. Miranda is intended to be only the first strike in a terribly productive new year as he continues his quest to improve industry conditions for both minority creators and characters. Fortunately, he is not so stubborn to believe this “revolution” will come without help…
