Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Richmondtown today is like a place lost in time. Once the center of Staten Island life, its faded glory has been reduced to footnotes in brochures and as a cut-through for local traffic. Roy Hart is a thirty-eight-year-old Manhattan professional who is approaching burnout and seeking a respite from the stress of the city. After hearing about some strange phenomena near Richmondtown, Roy decides to rent a small apartment there. The town itself appears to be troubled on many fronts. The town's waters become contaminated by the nearby landfill, producing chemical-addled psychopaths. Bigfoots and cultists lurk in the forestlands, UFOs cruise above and ghosts walk the streets. Agents of an "unofficial" branch of government come in and eventually blockade and quarantine the town. Roy and his friends must now try and escape Richmondtown with their lives, and, with the help of some unlikely allies, they might just make it!
