Tons of fun! Adventure, fantasy, and humor in a plot that builds slowly at first, but when the story takes off, you won't want to put the book down! (The fourth book in the series - Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary - arrives in stores on March 24th)

I was left pleasantly surprised with Fablehaven. I hadn't expected much since children's fantasy has a habit of being overdone. I felt this story brought some new elements into play and was unique. The only fault I found with this book was, as an adult reader certain parts of the story progressed a little too smoothly for me, but my daughter enjoyed it tremendously. We're both looking forward to the sequels.
