Organizational development--sounds really interesting, right? Do not be deceived! This is no dry tome destined to put you to sleep. I could not put it down, and mourned when I reached the end. A Simpler Way changed how I look at the world. Instead of trying to devise and scheme for change, I now look for the patterns of change already in existance.

Interesting. Beautiful. Transforming.
