About the Author
Tim Furniss is the spaceflight correspondent for Space International, one of the world's major journals on aerospace. He has written numerous articles and over 30 books on the subject; as a TV and radio correspondent, he has also covered some of the most important take-offs, including Apollo 15, right from the Kennedy Space Center.
