Condition Notes

Venice: Typographia Petri Valvasensis 1778. Four volumes bound in two. Quartos bound in full contemporary mottled calf. Raised bands red morocco title labels all edges sprinkled. Woodcut head and tail pieces text printed in columns. Text in Latin. Boards of first volume are bowed. Light wear to both bindings; front joints are tender corners bumped. Heavy wear to spine of second volume. Paper label with number in copperplate on front boards bookseller's ticket in each volume. Personal library stamp to first title page of each volume. Small wormhole to final 40pp of second volume. Good condition. OCLC 235451200
