About the Author
Sue Benton is the founder and president of Chi Fitness. She created the core Chi Fitness classes, including Chi Dance, Chi Sculpt, and Dance Workout. She received her master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and lives with her husband, coauthor Drew Denbaum, in Westport, Connecticut.
Drew Denbaum is the managing director of Chi Fitness. A graduate of Yale University, he is also an award-winning writer, director, and actor in film, TV, and theater.
