I read this book for a project at work. Personally, I thought it made a few good points on how to increase the effectiveness of the little time you have to manage your workforce. The book itself is short enough you could read it in an evening or over a few lunch breaks. However, I did not like how the book buries the information amid stories and role playing scenarios.
If you have trouble reading business books because you find non-fiction dry or difficult to absorb, try this book (and series). If you, like me, like facts and data presented at the forefront, with anecdotes as backup, you may not find this book enjoyable.
