I love historical romance with a strong and sensible woman, someone practical yet capable of passion. Balogh's "Web of Love" covers some delicate issues with sensitivity. I was caught up and involved with the character's feelings and conflicts. Mary Balogh excels at descriptions I can hear, see, feel, smell and taste. This is one of my favorite novels by Mary Balogh.
