barbara sher has a great spirit and really understands the human desire for something more. She has a way of helping us see that anything is possible if we believe in our selves. Her system of approaching obstacles a piece at a time is great. I felt better after reading only 1 chapter. The chapters are easy to read and comprehend, one could work on a chapter each week and really feel successful.
