I have just started reading this book and it has changed my life. It has made me calmer and when I read it I feel better about myself. I reccomend it anyone because it is a great book for self mediatition

Sarah brings together bits of wisdom from others, as well as her own, to make a readable, do-able, daily meditation reminding each of us of the abundance of blessings and joy in our daily lives. Practical guide to counting your blessings, and becoming a blessing to others.
