About the Author

Brooke Siler is the co-owner of re:AB, the renowned studio for Pilates® training in New York City, where her clients include Amber Valletta, Shalom Harlow, and Liv Tyler. Hailed as the "trainer to the stars," she trained under Joseph Pilates' protégé, Romana Kryzanowska, and has been recognized by Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, and the New York Observer as one of the country's leading fitness gurus. She lives in New York City.

This book has become the single most important tool in my at home gym (which, truth be told, is just my living room). I like that I can choose how in-depth my workout will be by just choosing which exercises in the sequence to do. Very clearly illustrated and with precise pointers on correct form and how to get it. Highly recommended

The classic moves from Joeseph Pilates, presented by NYC models. Brooke, a former model herself, knows her craft well, and she has some beautiful friends demonstrating each exercise. Done diligently, you'll look like them too. Or you could just drool over these photos ;)
