About the Author
Dr. Maoshing Ni is a 38th-generation doctor of Chinese medicine and an authority in the field of Taoist anti-aging medicine. He is co-founder of Yo San University in Los Angeles and in private practice at the Tao of Wellness, where he directs the Longevity and Healthy Aging Program.
