This is an excellent book! Easy to read and understand the workings of the conscious and the subconscious mind. It gives you the tools to help to change habits, the way you think. All done by you.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist licensed in the State of California.
I used this book as a text book when I taught my Self-Hypnosis classes.
It tells you about guilt you feel and how to get rid of it, how to change eating, smoking, and other bad habits. It gives you "scripts" (information you can record in your own voice onto tapes or CD's to help you relax and to unlearn those bad habits).
Its just a great all around book to give you the basics on how to help yourself in a non worrysome way.
