Her efforts led to many awards for her TV and radio shows as well as the column she created for a local newspaper titled, "One Woman's Opinion." In 1989, Rose founded the first charitable self-help group in the nation, Women Fight Back for Legal Justice, helping victims of legal abuse become survivors of legal abuse.
