About the Author

Adrienne Kress studied at the University of Toronto, and at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Her time in the UK served as inspiration for her middle-grade books, Alex and the Ironic Gentleman and Timothy and the Dragon's Gate. Adrienne has since returned to Toronto, where she acts, directs, produces, and writes.

I love the whole Gallagher girl series and cant wait for the fifth book. This

I give this book four stars because throughout the book I wasn't all that engaged. I did not like the ending very much and was a bit confusing.

What a pleasurable read! I am not a big reader, but I am on the 3rd book of the Gallagher Series. In the first book, I found myself completely connected to Cammie, the 15 year old who is unpopular, not confident, and feels as if life was against her. She has grown up a spy all her life and doesn't know how to grow up as a normal 15 year old teen. When her private, all girl's school goes on a field trip to the local carnival, she encounters this "hottie", who she swears was suppose to be the love of her life. As I was reading I felt happy, and as if I was the main character, or at least in the book. Sort of like reading a movie (if that is even possible). I did enjoy this book to the fullest of my capability. I do recommend adding this book to your MUST READ books list!
