Naoya and Reiji is my fave couple in the whole "Love Mode" ever! I love how tough and mature Naoya acts with his problems and how he seems so helpless and childish when Reiji is with him to help him out. Reiji acts all mean and serious to Naoya but he's always worried about him and being over protective, they are such a cute and sweet couple! how their feelings for each other slowly blooms. its so touching! and i also love how Naoya was named "Reiji's Kitten" by Reiji's older brother! lolz

I wish I could rate this book beyond a simple 5, but of course, I can't. From the very first volume up till this one is great. Sure, I like the main characters from the first book, but I simply ADORE Reiji and Naoya! Although Reiji can be a little rude and brash with some people (especially his sometimes annoying, older physician brother), he's surprisingly a bit weak when it comes to Naoya (and also VERY protective). Love Mode is one of the best yaoi manga series out there!
