About the Author

Zhao Changtian is a member of the National Committee of the Writers' Association of China, vice chairman of the Writers' Association of Shanghai, vice president of the Shanghai Cultural Development Foundation, president of the Shanghai Writing Association, chief editor of Mengya Magazine and a professor at East China Normal University. He joined the Writers' Association of Shanghai in 1985.
