Reading Chopra is like chanting. It should be done daily with an open mind and open heart, at peace, when one has a willingness to change and move forward in one's life.

Like all of Deepak's books, this one will take you to a place you haven't been before with exercises to bring you to success, however you define that. He reminds us once again that the mechanism to achieving our ultimate desire is inherent in the desire itself. Once we recognize and acknowledge our goal we must release it to the cosmos, focusing instead on our practices here and now. Breathing, tithing, the gap...all of Chopra's fundamental concepts are here in simplistic form as reminders of the keys to our own success.
