Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

This book introduces Pookie, in a sweet sort-of counting book. Mom lists ten particular things she knows about Pookie. ("You like macaroni. You're suspicious of peas.") punctuated by brief comments by Pookie. A perfect ending awaits.

Review:

"Little Pookie's thin fifth outing feels like a belated introduction to the character, as his mother details 10 things about her beloved little one. '1. You like macaroni./ 2. You're suspicious of peas./ 3. You are happy outdoors with your ears in the breeze,' Little Pookie's mother says, as the piglet sits on a tree swing. It's a marginal addition, but Little Pookie's toddler personality still shines. Up to age 3. (Aug.)" Publishers Weekly Copyright PWxyz, LLC. All rights reserved.

Synopsis:
