I have just started watching Nigella and am in love with her - her food, style and blatant honesty.

While the recipes in the book are not all well balanced meals, being able to pick up the book and find a quick, tasty and natural recipe lacking one of the food groups on a fright night is far more wholesome then ending up at the drive thru.
