Book News Annotation:
This fourth edition book/CD-ROM set for seniors, people facing a serious illness, and people planning military deployment provides a plan and form templates to keep track of insurance policies, retirement accounts, funeral arrangements, and other important records and documents needed by loved ones in case of death or incapacitation. Each chapter in the first part of the book covers one specific area, such as powers-of-attorney, tax records, and real estate records, and explains, step by step, how to pull together all the information and documents related to it. There are even guidelines on writing a final letter to surviving family. The second part of the book contains blank forms for recording the information. The manual and forms follow the same sequence, from information family members will need immediately through information they'll need later. The CD-ROM contains printable versions of all of the forms and worksheets in the book. Annotation ©2011 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
