An incredibly bad book.
The concepts are horrible and techniques are just plain wrong. If you read this book, like I did, and thought it was wonderful, go out and do some more reading.
Read books by Esther and Jerry Hicks and Lynn Grabhorn. They are excellent reads to further the ideals of the Secret.
I guess this book is good if it gets people on the right track, but if you can, skip this one and just move on to something else.

This is an amazing book to pick up and read a few pages of, any day of the week. Inspirational looks at how our mind-set shapes our experiences.
