I have read this book and some other books listed on his website ( I didn't know what to expect from these products other than that they would give insight on finding time and work balance in a chaotic life. However, his products all have something new in each one of them. I recommended them to my staff workers and they all have had similar reviews on how easy the book is to follow (you don't just want to skim the pages). It has good effective strategies of keeping your attention throughout the book and you can read it again and again.

As a person that constantly deals with motivation problems, this book has changed my outlook a great deal. I find myself more focused and more able to stay on one task at a time at work and its great.
