I was very disappointed in this sequel to All-American Girl. I really enjoyed the first novel, but I found all the talk about "going all the way" in this second book very disturbing. I really don't think that we need that kind of message going out to young women. I'm very sorry to learn that Cabot's teen books are melding into the adult genre. It is a sad comment on the loss of youth and innocence in society in general.
