About the Author

Kenny Rubin, principal consultant at Innolution, has over a decade of experience with Scrum, in roles ranging from product owner to ScrumMaster. He served as Managing Director of the Scrum Alliance, a non-profit organization working to advance successful Scrum adoption worldwide. At Innolution, he has provided Agile/Scrum training and coaching services to 3,000+ professionals and leaders at all levels, from developers to the boardroom. He co-authored Succeeding with Objects: Decision Frameworks for Project Management (with Adele Goldberg), and was primary developer of the industry-recognized Object Behavior Analysis and Design (OBA/D) methodology.
