About the Author

Robert Clair has spent more than twenty years writing commercial graphics and CAD software. For the past eight years, he has specialized in Mac OS X and iPhone development. As principal of Chromatic Bytes LLC, he has designed and coded both OS X software (ZeusDraw, a vector drawing program; and Shades, an addition to the Apple color picker) and iPhone programs (ZeusDraw Mobile and the metronome and pitch-pipe tuner Orfeo). Robert holds a Ph.D. in experimental physics from University of California, Berkeley.
