I totally enjoyed all of Anne Labastille's books, with this one my favorite. I bought this one and the first at Powell's while visiting my son a couple of years ago. Labastille recently died at age 75. Her books are timeless and need to be kept in circulation. I'd encourage anyone to give her a try ... you'll find yourself looking for her other books.
