Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry Potter)by J K Rowling
Synopses & Reviews
For twelve years, the dread fortress of Azkaban held an infamous prisoner named Sirius Black. Convicted of killing thirteen people with a single curse, he was said to be the heir apparent to the Dark Lord, Voldemort.
Now he has escaped, leaving only two clues as to where he might be headed: Harry Potter's defeat of You-Know-Who was Black's downfall as well. And the Azkaban guards heard Black muttering in his sleep, "He's at Hogwarts...he's at Hogwarts."
Harry Potter isn't safe, not even within the walls of his magical school, surrounded by his friends. Because on top of it all, there may well be a traitor in their midst.

The third book in J.K. Rowling's bestselling series comes to the silver screen in a Warner Bros. feature opening June 4, 2004. Emma Thompson, Gary Oldman, and Michael Gambon join the cast for this installment, which is directed by Alfonso Cuaron ("Y Tu Mama Tambien").
Harry Potter has to sneak back to Hogwarts, after accidentally inflating his horrible Aunt Petunia. But once there everyone is whispering about a prizoner who has escaped from the famous wizard prizon, Azkaban. His name is Sirius Black, and as a follower of Lord Voldemort he is determined to track Harry Potter down — even if it means laying siege to the very walls of Hogwarts!
