To put it simply, this book changed my life. I was skeptical at first as I've tried Atkins, South Beach etc. This book and the Paleo Diet are the real deal. I tried the diet for thirty days and I am hooked. I lost twenty pounds, feel like I'm in my twenties again and am stronger than ever. Read this book and follow the plan for thirty days and I promise that it will change your life for the better.
