The Hunger Games is the best series I've read in years. If you haven't read it, you're in for a dystopian treat. I recommend the boxed set because, as soon as you finish one book, you'll want to start the next one right away!

I may be in my 60s, but good lit is good lit no matter what your age! While these books were written towards young adults and teens, the characters and scenes are alive for any reader and the themes and issues are universal, yet written so masterfully to fit the settings of Katniss and her cast. It was very hard to put them down.

I love love love this series! I am eager to read Battle Royal which I hear was the inspiration for the Hunger Games series. Great character development, great story. I didn't want to put it down!
