About the Author

R. L. LaFEVERSand#160;grew up in Los Angeles, California surrounded by a gaggle of brothers who taught her an awful lot about how to get into mischief of all kinds, much like our clever Theodosia Throckmorton. When getting her brothers out of scrapes (again, like Theo), she usually had her nose buried in a book.
