There are far too many reasons to list why this book is a crucial read for all people. It isn't a book about getting one over on someone, or sly ways to get what you want. It is a book on how to be a nicer happier person and in doing so will effect those around you. His stories are fun to read and easy to relate to. Read it and love it!!

Dale carnegie shares with the reader his years of experience in both the business world and his own personal life and helps us to figure out the best way to live our lives. He shares uplifting and encouraging stories from the many people who influenced him, and helps guide us in the right direction for finding success in the workplace and in life in general. How to Win Friends and Influence People always has a way of encouraging me to be a better person. When I read it I feel inspired to do great things. For anyone looking for a great motivational tool, this book is the top choice.
